Getting to know Atorp Automatsvarvning. The company was started in Anderstorp in the mid-1980s. In 2001, it was acquired by Fredrik Hammar, and in 2006 the company moved to brand new and custom facilities in Bredaryd. Atorp is quickly growing as an industry player. We are reinvesting a large part of our profits back into the company. Production equipment is updated regularly, and the current factory facilities have grown to roughly 3000 m². Atorp is making waves. Upwards and onwards has always been the direction that Atorp has chosen in different contexts. This chosen path is brought to life in the blue wave that you can see on our business cards. And naturally, we want to take you on the ride…

Our entire business is focused on high-quality technology; everything from MPS systems to our machinery and factory facilities. We can machine pieces from all types of material, with a diameter between Ø1-Ø80 mm. We help solve problems together with you as a customer.
This gives you cost and quality advantages thanks to our solid breadth of expertise. When it comes to ensuring quality, we use a well-equipped measuring room to check all of the tolerances for the workpiece at a constant temperature.

Atorp also has the advantage of being able to offer turnkey solutions thanks to our large network of subcontractors and our geographic location in the heart of the Gnosjö region.
Here, we work with subcontractors that allow us to offer surface treatment, heat treatment, grinding, blasting, welding, laser cutting, tumbling, and assembly, etc. Atorp is certified according to the ISO 9001 and 14100 standards for quality and environmental control.

Production is a key factor. With cutting-edge equipment, we can compete at the highest level.
Our production is fully supported by our MPS system, Monitor. All functions such as the tender request, the tender, purchasing, production, quality control storage, delivery and invoicing are part of the same system, which keeps administration as low as possible for us. Our fleet of equipment consists of 32, fully automatic, high-performance CNC lathes from well known Japanese and European suppliers: Citizen, Mazak and Emco.
